My Scrapiniec Workshops on Creative Week Slovenia by Adrijana

Hello my dear crafty friends. It's Adrijana aka Paper Beauty AK from Slovenia with you today. And I'm so excited, because this is my first Scrapiniec DT blog post and I really love the Scrapiniec chipboards. Thank you dear Dominika for this wonderful "adventure" that awaits me this year with amazing  DT ladies. 
Here in Slovenia in the city Maribor, we've every year the biggest creative week and the teachers are from all over Europe. At an event called "6. Creative Week with Art Maribor 12.3. - 17.3.2018" I had two workshops where we created a dream catcher and an exploding box. Today I'd like to share with you some photos of the exploding box, which we designed with a wonderful chipboard collection "Mamma's Porch".

Posh Xmas Wreath

Welcome to Scrapiniec blog. Today it´s Denisa here with some home decoration for the upcoming Christmas. Every year I create my own door wreath but this is the very first time that I used chippies as the main embellishment.

I went for the amazing XL sized chippies. Some are painted with red acrylics and others covered in white gesso. I went for the glamorous look with lots of detail. This is the reason I kept the colour scheme quite simple. Just red, white and a bit of silver.

Bad Weather is Better Together

Welcome! It´s Denisa here today. This time I´ve been doing a kind of a recycling job. I realized there were too many projects in my craft room just lying and catching the dust. I decided to breathe a new life into them. Simply, to make a shocking make over. To turn them into something else and brand new.

For this project I grabbed old paper bag journals, got rid off the embellishments and pics, fastened them together, bent them to make a kind of art journal notebook and made an eye catching cover. That´s why I went for such screaming colours which I do not normally use.

Pure Innocence

Welcome! It´s Denisa here featuring the brand new chippie set called Believe In Magic. I tore it into several pieces and sprayed it with Lindy´s sprays. This time I was playing with the idea how much  a child may be influenced by the place, people and manner it´s being raised.

Supposing we all come to this world as innocent beings and then something crucial happens that changes our pure souls into various energies. Both positive and negative.

Welcome! It´s Denisa here today with some crazy art journaling. This time I went for the fence chippie which actually I thought I would never use because it´s not my kind. But as you can see I made it. I challenged myself a bit to have a go with it and here it is.
