Christmas Tags “Silent Night” by Adrijana

Hello beautiful Scrapiniec fans. Adrijana here from Paper Beauty AK Studio with a new winter project. Yeees, I know it’s still beautiful colorful Autumn, but the Christmas time is knocking on the door. And I’m always to late with my Christmas cards, so I decided to create some mixed media tags working on the Scrapiniec shapes.  Here is my first collection called “Silent Night”. I used differents Scrapiniec chipboards collections: Christmas Sketch, Holly Jolly, Mon Merry Cheri and all four shapes are covered with a very delicate Craft and You paper collection “Silent Night”. Welcome to Scrapiniec blog. Today it´s Denisa here with some home decoration for the upcoming Christmas. Every year I create my own door wreath but this is the very first time that I used chippies as the main embellishment.

I went for the amazing XL sized chippies. Some are painted with red acrylics and others covered in white gesso. I went for the glamorous look with lots of detail. This is the reason I kept the colour scheme quite simple. Just red, white and a bit of silver.

Bad Weather is Better Together

Welcome! It´s Denisa here today. This time I´ve been doing a kind of a recycling job. I realized there were too many projects in my craft room just lying and catching the dust. I decided to breathe a new life into them. Simply, to make a shocking make over. To turn them into something else and brand new.

For this project I grabbed old paper bag journals, got rid off the embellishments and pics, fastened them together, bent them to make a kind of art journal notebook and made an eye catching cover. That´s why I went for such screaming colours which I do not normally use.
